Many foods and drinks contain antioxidants, certain vitamins and substances that can maintain your body and your skin youthful and healthy. Include the following foods in your daily diet and you will see the difference:

Green vegetables

Green vegetables are very good for you overall health, no matter what age you are. They are also very effective anti-aging foods, as they prevent heart diseases, high blood pressure and other medical conditions that come with age. Moreover, they contain a variety of vitamins that will make your skin look healthy and smooth.

Avocado

Avocados are very rich in fiber, healthy fats, potassium and vitamins B, E and K.  Avocado consumption can reduce cholesterol and it will protect your heart, arteries and tissues. Moreover, if applied on the skin, avocado works as a very good moisturizer, keeping your skin smooth and glowing.

Walnuts

Walnuts, like fish, contain omega-3 fatty acids, which prevent cardiovascular diseases and enhance your immune system. Moreover, omega-3s are very good for your skin, as they prevent wrinkles and give your skin a radiant look.

Melons

Melons contain many nutrients and vitamins that are very good for your body and skin. Eat melons every day or at least three times a week and you will how much better you will feel and look. Besides their health properties, melons are also very delicious as desserts or as a garnish to your meal. This is why melon is one of the most popular anti-aging foods.

Beans

Beans are rich in proteins and antioxidants and they are very effective anti-aging foods. Because animal proteins may harm your organism, it is recommended to avoid eating too much meat and replace it with beans, which can provide the proteins that you need.

Green tea

Green tea has been used in Asia for centuries as an anti-aging remedy. Because green tea contains anti-inflammatory substances and antioxidants, it can reduce the development of fine lines and wrinkles on your skin.
