Simple tricks you can use to maintain you skin young and healthy

We all want to maintain our looks as we age, but not all of us afford expensive skin-care treatments or procedures. Luckily, there are many, less expensive, anti-aging home remedies we can use to maintain the beauty of our skin. Here are some that are really worth trying:

Castor oil

Apply castor oil on your skin every day, before bedtime. It will make your skin smoother and brighter and it will reduce your wrinkles.

Potatoes

As you age, your skin’s pigmentation can become uneven. To remove these marks you can cut a fresh potato into thin slices, and rub the slices on the affected areas.

Coconut milk

Coconut milk is one of the best anti-aging home remedies. Buy a fresh coconut and apply its milk on your skin. It will soften your skin and provide the vitamins that it needs to maintain its beauty.

Lemon juice

Lemon juice works as a great skin brightener. Simply apply a few drops on your face and it will remove age spots and make your skin brighter.

Pineapple Core

Buy a fresh pineapple and take the core out. Massage your face with the core for about 15 minutes and rinse afterwards. This is one of the most popular anti-aging home remedies that can reduce wrinkles.

Rose water and lime juice

Mix rose water and lime juice and add some glycerin to this mixture. Apply this mixture on your skin every night, before bedtime. Do not wash it off afterwards, as it will be absorbed by the skin during the night.

Avocado

Rub your skin with avocado slices or pulp twice a day, for about 5 minutes. Avocado will moisturize your skin and it will make it look smoother and healthier.

Another way to maintain the youth and beauty of your skin is to use all-natural skin-care products instead of expensive topical creams. They can be very effective and they have a great advantage: they do not contain chemicals that can harm your skin.
