Cellulite Treatments — Best Home Remedies

March 8, 2021 by Fresh Face Guide

Find out how to treat cellulite in the privacy of your own home

There are many tricks you can use to reduce cellulite, but not all work for everybody, as we are all different persons with different organisms. Moreover, remember that no matter what treatment you choose, it takes time and patience to reduce cellulite. Therefore, do not give up if you do not see results in the first two or three days.

Nowadays, when there is so much emphasis on how dangerous chemical products can be, many women rely on home remedies to reduce cellulite. Here are some of the most effective ones:

1. Fiber-rich diet

Try to eat more foods that are rich in fiber, like fresh fruits, vegetables and grains. Moreover, it is very important to completely eliminate fatty foods from your diet.

2. Exfoliate

Use a body brush or a natural skin exfoliator to exfoliate dead skin cells. Exfoliating improves your blood circulation and can help reduce cellulite.

3. Sea salt bath

Fill your bathtub with warm water (not hot) and mix two or three cups of sea salt in it. Stay in the bathtub for 15-30 minutes. The salty water will reduce the skin fat and will also eliminate harmful toxins.

4. Pulverized coffee

Mix some pulverized coffee with an inexpensive skin-care cream or hand lotion and massage your body with this blend. Leave it on your body for about 5 minutes before washing it off. Repeat this treatment every day.

5. Coconut oil

Coconut oil is another very effective home remedy for cellulite. Massage your body with this oil every day, preferably before bedtime.

6. Rosemary, fennel and almond mix

Mix rosemary and fennel oils with three or four teaspoons of almond oil. Use this mix to massage your body every day, in order to treat cellulite.

7. Natural cellulite creams

Because some natural remedies are hard to find on the market, you can try to use natural cellulite creams that contain them among the ingredients. Try looking for creams that contain horsetail extract, shea butter, Retinol A or black tang extract.
