Learn how to remove dark circles under the eye using simple, natural methods

Dark circles can be caused by many factors, like bruising, fatigue, anemia, allergies and some medications. If you are dealing with this problem, here are some natural remedies you can use to remove dark circles:

Almond oil massage

Massage the affected area with a small amount of almond oil, for 10-15 minutes. It will help reduce the blemishes and it will also make your skin smoother.

Vitamin K

Eat foods that are rich in vitamin K — like spinach, broccoli, cabbage, cucumber and lettuce. This is one of the best dark circles natural remedies, because it has long-lasting results and it may prevent the blemishes to reappear. You can also use a natural cream that contains vitamin K, to apply it under the eyes every day.

Pineapple and turmeric

Pineapple and turmeric are very effective dark circles natural remedies. Mix some natural pineapple juice with turmeric until they form a paste. Apply this ointment under the eyes and keep it there for 10-15 minutes.

Cucumber and potato juice

Take a couple of fresh cucumbers and potatoes and make a juice out of them. Soak a cotton ball in the juice and apply it under the eyes. Leave it there for 15-20 minutes and than rinse the area with cold water.

Tomato and lemon juice

Mix equal amounts of tomato juice and lemon juice and apply them on the affected area. It will help remove the dark circles.

Bisabolol

Bisabolol is a natural substance that can be found in chamomiles. It has anti-inflammatory properties and it can reduce the dark blemishes under the eyes. Even though it is one of the best dark circles natural remedies, it can be pretty hard to find. If you can not find it in drugstores, you can use eye creams that contain it among the ingredients.

Water

Drink at least ten glasses of water per day. Hydrating your body can help remove the dark circles under the eyes and prevent them to reappear.
